Basic accounts, direct messages, and ordinary private groups should not require users to buy NULL.

Proposed utility

  • anti-spam bonds;
  • premium username registration;
  • relay staking;
  • group-creation bonds;
  • developer API credits;
  • encrypted-storage payment;
  • dispute collateral;
  • governance;

Token principles

  • never sell access to private user messages;

  • do not reward meaningless message volume;
  • avoid uncontrolled emissions for activity farming;
  • introduce the token only after real product utility exists.

Launch conditions

NULL should not launch before:

  • working encrypted messaging;
  • external security review;
  • reliable identity recovery;
  • meaningful active usage;
  • tested anti-spam systems;
  • documented token utility;
  • legal review;
  • transparent supply and unlock policy.
