Proposed utility

- premium username registration;
- relay staking;
- group-creation bonds;
- developer API credits;
- encrypted-storage payment;
- dispute collateral;
- governance;
- protocol-service fees.
Token principles
- never sell access to private user messages;
- never give token holders decryption rights;
- do not make messaging pay-to-win;
- do not reward meaningless message volume;
- avoid uncontrolled emissions for activity farming;
- introduce the token only after real product utility exists.
Launch conditions
NULL should not launch before:
- working encrypted messaging;
- external security review;
- reliable identity recovery;
- meaningful active usage;
- tested anti-spam systems;
- documented token utility;
- legal review;
- transparent supply and unlock policy.
